Jost Van Dyke is the smallest of the four main islands, measuring a mere three square miles (eight square kilometers). The island was borne of a volcano and still maintains a rugged terrain. Roach Hill is the highest point at 1054 feet (321 meters). The beaches are pure perfection and have been featured in Kenny Chesney's country music videos and mentioned his song "Somewhere in the Sun."
